Terms

These terms are between you and Amboyance Inc., which runs Gratistack. Last updated October 9, 2026.

The information on this site

• We check listings carefully and date every price and verification, but software changes often. Confirm licenses, prices and features with the maker before you depend on them.
• Gratistack is not affiliated with any listed vendor. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products being compared.
• Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Accounts and acceptable use

• One person, one account. Do not vote or review on behalf of a product you make or sell, or in its category.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, try to bypass rate limits, or submit spam.
• We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Reviews and submissions

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you allow Gratistack to publish, edit for length and display it on the site. Reviews are moderated and must describe your own use of the tool.

Reporting content

If a review, listing or anything else on the site is unlawful, wrong about you or your product, or infringes your rights, write to hello@gratistack.com with the page address and what is wrong. We look at every report within 5 business days and remove or correct content that breaks these terms or the law.

Payments

• All payments are one-time, in US dollars, processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions.
• Fast-track review ($49): a decision within 48 hours. Payment does not guarantee approval. A rejected fast-track is refunded in full.
• Sponsorship ($149): 30 days in the Sponsored row of one alternatives page, starting when an editor approves it. If it is rejected and not fixed within 7 days, it is refunded in full. A sponsorship pauses if the product’s ownership claim stops verifying. The public rules on the advertise page apply.
• Support (from $3): a voluntary payment to Amboyance Inc. It is not a charitable donation and no tax receipt is issued. It buys nothing on the site.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Amboyance Inc. is not liable for losses from relying on information here. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
